We went camping Friday. It was fun. Todd's is 4-whelling, Jerolyn rock climbing, a mining we went through that you had to honk to get help, and a beautiful fire. I have not seen any blogs from the Martins or the Bisesingers?

We've been busy...

Amy has already posted some pics from our VERY fun trip to Maui (next time we'll take the boys--we hope). Here's just a couple more...

Amy and Colette on West Maui

Kelsey and Stan in Lahaina (note the listing boat--it capsized, wasn't righted in time and now is not allowed to be moved so it doesn't upset the ecology. Crazy!).

OUR TRIP TO VISIT SEAN IN FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA

We had a great time visting Sean in Florida. Who knew it was such a resort area. Sean's had a tough time in the military so far...Monterey, California; (we won't mention the brief stop in Texas); Fort Walton Beach, Florida...tough life!

Picking out our kayaks on the Air Force's private beach and rental center (we felt so special)!

You can go to Sean's blog to see us in action (we actually looked like we knew what we were doing).

At the "tank graveyard." This place was amazing. Sean and his buddy discovered this place. Old tanks as far as you could see on an old abandoned air field. We decided they must be the tanks used for AC-130 target practice. Anyway, it was a kick climbing on all the old tanks (and a few old airplanes, trucks, etc.).
Here's Sean slacklining by a pretty lake (also on Air Force property).

At the air museum. This is similar to the plane that Sean works on .

Finally, here's Sean's baby (truck) in his housing parking lot.

We had a great time. What a beautiful base in a beautiful location. Of course the temps were in the 70s with NO humidity. Maybe we wouldn't be so impressed if we were to be there right now!

ERIC'S RACE IN PESCADERO, CALIFORNIA (on the coast just south of San Francisco)

Getting ready to race. Brrrrr....it was cold!

The Pro/Cat1/Cat2 pelaton. They went by SO fast, I'm not sure I actually caught Eric, but you get the picture. Then there's Stan in the bottle pass-off (Do you want water or gatorade?!!!! Water, I mean gatorade! Ooops, too late.)
There's Colette hard at work. Note the fashionable color coordination.

The race is over...

Finally, dinner and a car tour or San Francisco (one lame passenger and one VERY tired one).

Maui Pictures from the California Jeppsens

I think all of us have been meaning to post pictures eventually. Since I haven't made an appearance on this blog yet, I thought this is as good a reason as ever to make my debut. Hope everyone is doing well, wherever they are :).

Michigan

Yesterday Amy and I went to The Worlds Largest Christmas Store!!! It's off of Christmas Tree Lane in Frankenmuth, Michigan. I just thought I'd share this fun adventure with everyone and for more pictures or to see more of what I do here in Michigan, feel free to check out my blog. I'm really loving it here in Ann Arbor. I live in an old house that is now four apartments and it's right off of the campus of University of Michigan. It's fun getting a college experience outside of Provo and not having to go to school : ) I'm nannying for a family nearby that has a two year old daughter and nine month old triplets. The three boys are so cute and I actually really like it despite everyone telling me I would never want to have kids after this. I hope everyone else is doing well and I'm looking forward to the reunion in August!
